WHY SHOP VINTAGE?

Vintage jewellery is both affordable and genuinely precious - not to mention vastly varied. Most importantly, solid gold pieces are made to last. Buying pre-loved pieces is a responsible way to invest in jewellery.

TIPS ON CLEANING JEWELLERY?

Warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft toothbrush are the winning formula for reviving the sparkle of precious metals and gems. Be very gentle and dry the piece after cleaning. Attaching a great read from Tatler on this topic here.

But fear not, all our pieces are cleaned & polished before making their way to you.

WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?

There are two easy ways to measure your ring size. See our detailed size guide here. Found a piece you love that is not your size? Fear not, we offer an in-house resizing service for +£30 (note that resized pieces are non-refundable). Alternatively, order your favourite piece without adding the resizing option and pop over to your local Jewellers to get it resized (support small business!).

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

We offer FREE shipping in Europe. Best of all, our parcels are tracked & insured to make sure they find their way to you safely.

Are you located outside Europe? We offer a tracked global shipping service at £20 (non-refundable)

We ship out once a week to limit our carbon footprint. As soon as your parcel is dispatched this should get to you within 4 (EU) 8 (Non-EU) working days.

WHAT DOES KARAT (K) STAND FOR?

Purity of gold is categorised using the karat system. In the United Kingdom anything greater than 9K is classified as solid gold. We only sell solid gold jewellery as these are made to last. Most popular purities include 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K.

HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY?

Stones, karat weight, and settings are reviewed by a local goldsmith with 30+ years of experience. Watches are thoroughly inspected by an expert.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are sure you will love your new pieces! However, if for some reason you do not, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase . Please send us an e-mail on info@goldvintagelondon.com to retrieve our postal address & provide the reason for your return. In order to receive a full refund, please ensure products are sent back unworn in their original packaging and are shipped tracked & insured at your cost.

We work with local trusted jewellery appraisers to help us source the finest pieces. Our partners have been informed and agreed to our strict supplier Code Of Conduct and fully comply with labour laws in the UK and Europe.
