This website is operated by GOLD VINTAGE (VOF). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GOLD VINTAGE. By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Order Processing & Shipping
Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We will send an e-mail to confirm shipment and unique tracking number. We ship all orders through recorded delivery. Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.
For pieces that are made to order, please allow 14 - 21 working days for delivery.
We do not cover customs and duty payments for orders outside the EU.
If a parcel has been opened or damaged in transit the consumer must alert the carrier ahead of accepting the goods, GOLD VINTAGE cannot be held liable for any damages .
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any personalised pieces back.
Items must be returned in their original packaging at your cost via a tracked and insured service. Do not send the item through normal post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Please contact us via e-mail (info@goldvintagelondon.com) to receive the shipping address. As soon as we receive the returned item, the refund will be completed within 7 business days. If items are damaged or altered in any way they will not be accepted for a refund.
Packaging
We send all items in a branded jewellery gift box. This is carefully packaged in recycled cardboard shipping box.

Payment options include : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google pay.
Pricing
Prices stated are including VAT. GOLD VINTAGE holds the right to change prices at any time.
Ring Re-Sizing
Most of our rings can be sized to any finger. We will state in the product description whether or not a ring can be resized. Please contact us a quote for resizing. Once a ring has been resized it is ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition
Since all items sourced are pre-owned, there may be a few slight scratches or signs of wear. We obtain our pieces from reliable sources and review each piece with our partner jeweller or watch expert to ensure these are fit for sale. Kindly refer to the imagery and product copy, for further clarification feel free to contact us.
Intellectual Property Rights
This Site and its contents are protected by copyright, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of GOLD VINTAGE or are used with the permissions of their owners. Such content includes but is not limited to, all photographs, images, illustrations, texts, multimedia (graphic, audio and video), and logos.
Limitation of liability: Human Error
GOLD VINTAGE shall under no circumstances be held liable for any actual, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damage, or any other damage, whatever its nature. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, images, pricing, and other information provided on our website, human errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, even after an order has been submitted. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from such errors. This includes, but is not limited to:
Errors in product descriptions or specifications
Inaccuracies in pricing information
Errors related to product availability
Typographical errors within the website content
In the event of an error discovered after purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days. We will work diligently to find a suitable resolution.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, all GOLD VINTAGE obligations will be suspended.
Applicable law
The Terms and Condition are governed by Dutch law.
GOLD VINTAGE is entitled to amend the terms and conditions.
